Micro-management. Its a fact of executive life. What I desire to know is why thus many people despise to be micro-managed nevertheless consequently many managers continue to complete it?

Is it a trust issue? pull off micro-managers think that for something to be over and done with right, it must be over and done with themselves? Is it because it takes longer to train employees to pull off something than it is to reach it yourself? Just what makes the huge MM a essential evil?

Or is it? Could it be that micro-management isnt a indispensable evil at all? Could it be that its just plain evil? I say YES! And I think most of you would succeed to as soon as me.

Lets agree to an honest see at this thing. We all hate innate micromanaged, right? And why pull off we despise it? And these yucky feelings dont realize much for our employee morale accomplish they?

So why in the world would we knowingly realize this to our own employees? Aha most likely thats it!! maybe there are legions of Micro-managers out there who dont even know that they are micro-managing! WOW!! Could this be a historic discovery? Probably not, but its worth following anyway.

First of all, can we every just enter upon that Mm-ing our employees just plain stinks and we wont get it anymore? Great! But now that weve totally that we wont accomplish it, its going on to us to undertake a long honest see at ourselves to determine areas in which we might just be Mming and not even in reality realizing it!
